Scott J. Constantine

Scott recently completed his J.D. Law degree at the University of Victoria. He also holds a B.S. in Geology and Geographic Information Science from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

Scott joined Mulroney Siver Law in the Summer of 2021. During law school, he completed co-op work terms at the Ontario Securities Commission and a BC law firm practising Aboriginal law.

Scott recognizes the personal challenges that clients face, and he strives to implement a trauma-informed approach to law. He is passionate about finding practical solutions that generate results while placing empathy and compassion as the highest values. He believes active listening, humility, and determination can help clients navigate an often intimidating legal system while minimizing the psychological toll.

Scott is particularly interested in finance, aviation, computer programming, hiking, and languages. Partially of Costa Rican ancestry, he speaks fluent Spanish. Together with his partner, he hiked the Camino de Santiago in Spain in 2019. In his spare time, you can find Scott developing algorithms for stock and options trading, reading a book, cooking, or attempting to salvage his golf game.
